The Main Street Academy Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) extends a warm welcome to our new parents/guardians and also a welcome back to our returning families for the 2014-2015 school year. As a parent/guardian of a student at TMSA, we ask that you become a member of our PTO.
Our PTO sponsors a variety of events and activities throughout the school year from our Teacher Welcome Back Baskets to our Citrus Fruit Fundraiser. We are an active and involved PTO and there are numerous opportunities for you to stay connected.
How can you become involved:
Join the PTO - Complete the membership application and return it to your child's teacher with your membership dues of $10.00 for the entire family. Please visit www.themainstreetacademy.com to download a membership application.
Attend PTO meetings -The meetings are the second Tuesday of each month at College Park First United Methodist Church. These meetings are the perfect opportunity to learn about volunteer opportunities, fundraisers, and upcoming events. It is also a great way to meet other parents.
Support PTO fundraisers - The PTO will sponsor numerous fundraisers throughout the year to raise money for our school. We will need all hands on deck and your support is vital to our success.
Participate in Sponsored Events - Please come out and enjoy our PTO sponsored events with your family. You will be glad you did.
Your involvement with the PTO will make a difference in the life of TMSA and our community. We look forward to serving along with you.
As we begin our new school year, the current PTO officers would like to thank our former PTO officers for laying the foundation that we can build upon. We are proud to serve in this capacity and to represent The Main Street Academy.
